STAMPS: Good selection of U.S. and world stamps to be sold in lots, but the highlights being No. 2 on cover, sheet of 100 Confederate stamps and lot of good Valentines with original postal history, c. 1860. 1964 1/2 BLACK FORD MUSTANG CONVERTIBLE, to be sold at approximately 12:00 noon. This local one-family car has a 260 V-8 partially restored engine, automatic transmission, power steering and 110,225 original miles. It is presently not running and is in need of restoration. English pearlware pitcher, by family account given to York's historic Barrell family in the late 18th c. by the British in appreciation for effecting the sale of oak trees from Barrell land for English ship masts, the pitcher having transfer genre scenes, related maxims, gilt decoration and being in a near perfect state of preservation. Marked GALLE traveling rosewood compartmented lap desk, ivory inlaid with elephants. 5 3/4 in. antique scrimshawed whale's tooth depicting a seated Victorian lady. C. 1910 Noah's Ark with carved animals. Selection of ESTATE SILVER flatware, serving pieces and utensils and decorative accessories. Old silverplated ware. Three-piece 19th c.
